Featured in Etsy Treasury!

It alway fun when someone recognizes the work you do.  Yesterday I received an e-mail from Prayerbedes.  She generously featured my Hope for a Cure Necklace on her Prayerbedes Etsy Treasury!  How exciting to be a featured artist on a worldwide site!  Thank you Prayerbedes!!!!!!

Even though our Chicago Suburb received another inch of snow yesterday, the first day of Spring, I am confident that Spring is here to stay. The snow melted today and on my foot tour around my yard, I found a cute purple Grape Hyacinth blooming in the sun. It reminded my that I LOVE the colors of Spring! Purple seems to be one of the first colors to appear in my garden at this time of the year. This post is a tribute to all thing purple. :)

The Spring season means for me it is time to jump head first into feathering my nest. I clean like a fiend and get my home ready for entertaining. I love to have people over and enjoy my home, my patio and the outdoors. I love these beautiful Longaberger Woven Traditions dishes. They are available in many beautiful colors but one of my favorite colors is "Eggplant".
