Fall is definitely my favorite season of the year. Not just for the "bounty" but for the beautiful colors that surround us. The days feel cozy and I am in the mood for homemade soup, hot tea, blankets, fireplaces and curling up with a good book. It is cool outside but the sun is not too distant that it provides daytime warmth to enjoy the outdoors. The earlier darkness also provides some calming and comforting. The cool evenings help to relax my mind. It is a time of year for a cup of tea and a warm bath. It is the time of year I treasure and enjoy because it is so brief.
